Job summary

Baltimore Consulting in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager to lead ASB, enforcement and community safety functions. This contract role requires immediate impact, managing up to 8 direct reports, and delivering performance and regulatory reporting. Hybrid working is offered with on-site presence 3–4 days per week, and an essential driving licence is required for site travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in ASB, housing stock or related services.
• Strong knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvement.
• Experience delivering high-performance cultures and managing teams in demanding environments.
• Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead borough-wide ASB, enforcement and community safety services for effective operational delivery.
• Drive performance management, data-led reporting and workload allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Housing Regulator requirements, audits and regulatory submissions.
• Provide strategic oversight of high-risk and complex ASB cases, ensuring risk management and legal compliance.
• Support the Head of Service with presentations, briefings and performance reporting.
