Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience in ASB, housing stock or related services.
Strong knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvement.
Experience delivering high-performance cultures and managing teams in demanding environments.
Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead borough-wide ASB, enforcement and community safety services for effective operational delivery.
Drive performance management, data-led reporting and workload allocation.
Ensure compliance with Housing Regulator requirements, audits and regulatory submissions.
Provide strategic oversight of high-risk and complex ASB cases, ensuring risk management and legal compliance.
Support the Head of Service with presentations, briefings and performance reporting.
