Job summary

LiveWest is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safe, harmonious neighbourhoods within its communities. You will be the first contact for nuisance behaviour, manage caseloads, and collaborate with police and local partners to deliver outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office, 37 hours per week, and potential bases in Exeter or Weston-super-Mare. DBS check is required and right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or related role.
• Experience handling challenging behaviour and working with partners.
• Familiarity with court procedure and litigation.
• Ability to improve customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of anti-social behaviour and related legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASB and hate crime cases to sustain safe communities.
• Be solution-focused and foster positive neighbour relationships.
• Build partnerships with police, local authorities, community groups.
• Compile evidence, prepare legal documents, present court proceedings.
• Provide advice and support to colleagues and customers.
