Job description

At WD-40 Company, we believe that our people make the difference. We're looking for an Artwork Specialist to join our EIMEA Product Communication team (12 month FTC) and help coordinate artwork and packaging change activity across a diverse international region.

This isn't solely a technical artwork role. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, coordinating multiple workstreams, working with a broad range of stakeholders and enjoys making it better than it is today.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be based in our Milton Keynes Launch pad (2-3 days per week in the office).

What You’ll Be Doing

As Artwork Specialist, you'll coordinate artwork change activity across EIMEA, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory teams and external partners to ensure artwork projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and compliantly. You'll monitor project progress, manage costs and data, resolve challenges, support operational decision-making and help keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

You’ll also play an important role in identifying opportunities to improve processes, challenge existing ways of working and support the business as packaging and regulatory requirements continue to evolve.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

You may already work in artwork management, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG or a related environment, but we're most interested in your ability to:

  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Build strong relationships across different teams and functions.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly when priorities or requirements change.
  • Take ownership and proactively solve problems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Total Rewards

Our competitive and comprehensive benefits package provides you protection, security, and peace of mind. We offer life-enhancing health, wellness, and financial programs, including profit incentive rewards, healthcare, generous pension contributions. In addition, we want you to recharge and take time off, so enjoy short-day Fridays, paid holidays, and an additional paid week off between Christmas and New year to spend with family and friends!

The salary range for this role is £36,000-41,000 per year. Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
