About The Role

As part of the Festivals and Events team you will support and deliver outdoor festival and events, facilitate and coordinate film bookings and outdoor space hire, and lead the administration of grant funding and commissions. You will work across the Festival and Events team in providing delivery and administrative support on a wide range of projects that develop Gloucester’s cultural aspirations.

What We Need From You

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting the development and delivery of a wide range of outdoor events and festivals. Strong administrative experience and a keen eye for detail are a essential. You will need to prioritise a busy workload, delivering on multiple projects at the same time and managing multiple inboxes. You will provide excellent customer service, using your fantastic communication skills, as well as using your knowledge of current trends and tastes in the outdoor events and festivals, live arts, performance, theatre, music, film and comedy to help us achieve financial and demographic targets. As you will be responsible for processing financial paperwork, experience of monitoring budgets within an income-driven environment is key.
