THE COMPANY

Its success is driven by a calendar of events, including four large-scale conferences and smaller meetings throughout the year. The internal events team collaborates to bring industry specialists together, offering career advice and guidance.

THE ROLE

They are seeking a Senior Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of this calendar of events. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting event planning and execution
  • Managing bookings via an internal system
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers
  • Overseeing event logistics
  • Resolving event-related issues
  • Supporting event expectations
  • Briefing support staff
  • Collaborating with finance and marketing teams
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Providing on-site support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering corporate events from start to finish, with full project lifecycle exposure. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
