Job description

Art Producer - 6 months - Remote - Gaming experience needed - Big Tech company - £54 per hour + holiday benefit

Summary

The main function of an Art Producer is to drive the execution of project initiatives by defining and maintaining processes and systems that create team efficiencies, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating demands across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Art team projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Outline operating processes to maximize team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Support RL Art initiatives and work with a team of artists, art directors, technical artists, designers, product managers, and engineers to create immersive experiences.
  • Define the art scope for key features, partner with Lead Art Producer to create efficient processes.
  • Identify and mitigate production risks, create schedules, and communicate updates.
  • Confirm scope with stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors and outsource teams, managing contracts and purchase orders.
  • Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning for content developed by internal and external teams.
  • Support team culture, operational improvements, and wider company initiatives, including team onsites.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or creative production experience, or a combination of both.
  • Experience with Game, Animation, or 3D pipelines for content creation and development.
  • 5+ years of experience in a studio environment, preferably in Games, Animation, VFX, Post-Production, or 3D Asset creation.
