Job Title: Art Producer

Location: Remote (must be in the UK)

Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of initiatives by defining and maintaining processes that enhance team efficiency.
• Coordinate art team projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with talented artists, art directors, technical artists, and cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences in VR and AR.
• Engage with stakeholders to define art scope for key features in various projects.
• Partner with the Lead Art Producer to establish and execute efficient operational processes for the art team.
• Proactively identify and mitigate production risks while striving to meet ambitious targets.
• Create schedules and provide updates to partners, confirming project scope with all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and outsource teams for critical milestones and visual targets.
• Initiate and manage vendor contracts and purchase orders.
• Track asset pipelines, releases, and versioning related to content developed by both internal and outsourced art teams.
• Support the team culture and operational improvements as required, including team onsite support.

Qualifications:

• Technical or creative production experience in a studio environment, preferably in Games, Animation, VFX, or 3D Asset focus.
• Strong knowledge of gaming technical animation pipelines, VR, and AR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience as a programme manager within gaming, AR, VR, or VFX.
