Job description

Art Producer

Location: UK, remote

Length: 6 months

Rate: From £49.04 – £54.81 (Inside IR35)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview

This role involves maximizing team collaboration and supporting RL Art initiatives. You will work with talented artists, art directors, technical artists, and cross-functional teammates such as designers, product managers, and engineers to create immersive experiences for users. The role includes defining the art scope for key features across projects, and is essentially an operation and design management position. A general technical understanding of 3D, gaming, technical animation pipelines, VR, and AR is required. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, lead meetings, track project progress, run sprints, and facilitate sessions with the EMEA art team. The role demands agility due to fast-tracking projects. You will create and execute processes to ensure the art team operates efficiently, proactively mitigate production risks, create schedules, communicate updates, confirm scope with stakeholders, coordinate with external vendors, manage contracts and purchase orders, track asset pipelines, and support team culture and operational improvements within Reality Labs Art.

Skills & Experience
  • Technical or creative production experience, or a combination of both, with familiarity in Game, Animation, or 3D pipelines for content creation and development
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a studio environment, preferably in Games, Animation, VFX Post-Production, or 3D Asset creation
  • VFX background and understanding of how production works
  • Experience in gaming or tech companies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Program management experience within gaming, AR, VR, or VFX
  • 7-10+ years of experience
