Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in program management within gaming or VFX.
• 5+ years’ studio experience, preferably in Games, Animation, or 3D Asset development.

Art Producer – HIRING ASAP

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Rate: £375 - £450 per day PAYE.

Summary: The main function of an Art Producer is to drive execution of Horizon Worlds initiatives by defining and maintaining processes and systems that create team efficiencies, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating demands across multiple projects. As an Art Producer for Horizon Worlds, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and experiences, helping shape the future of virtual reality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Art team projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion, and support RL Art initiatives. Collaborate with artists, art directors, technical artists, designers, product managers, and engineers to create immersive experiences.
• Define the art scope for key features within projects, engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Lead Art Producer to establish and execute efficient processes for the art team.
• Identify and mitigate production risks proactively.
• Create schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Confirm scope with stakeholders, Art Producers, Art Managers, and Artists.
• Coordinate with external vendors and outsource teams for milestones, visual targets, and content development.
• Manage vendor contracts and purchase orders.
• Track asset pipelines, releases, and versioning for content developed internally and externally.
• Support team culture, operational improvements, and wider Reality Labs Art initiatives, including onsite support.
