Job summary

St Aidan's Catholic Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Art & Design Technology Technician to provide specialist support within our Art & Design Technology departments. Working under teaching staff, you will prepare and maintain equipment, resources and materials to enable effective lessons.

You will also help ensure a safe learning environment, support staff and pupils during practical activities, and uphold the Academy’s Catholic ethos.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and able to work independently.
• Excellent practical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Art, Design Technology or creative subjects.
• Understands health and safety within practical learning environments.
• Can manage resources, equipment and budgets effectively.
• Committed to supporting the achievement and wellbeing of all pupils.
