Job summary

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a creative Art & Design Teacher to join its department in Telford from September 2026. The role is full-time and long-term, teaching KS3 and KS4.

You will plan engaging practical and theory-based lessons, assess progress, provide feedback, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment while developing students' creativity and technical skills. Qualifications

• Held QTS or have relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4.
• Confident delivering practical and theory-based Art lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Committed to supporting student progress and raising attainment.
• Genuine passion for Art & Design and creative education.
