Job summary

The Role

An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Telford is seeking a creative, passionate, and dedicated Art & Design Teacher to join its successful department from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis.

The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage students to develop their creativity, technical skills, artistic confidence, and understanding of a wide range of artistic disciplines.

You will plan and deliver high-quality practical and theory-based lessons, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
