UK & Ireland 2028 Limited seeks an Arrivals and Departures Manager to lead transport operations for EURO 2028 at Wembley, coordinating meet and greet and onward transport for Teams, Referees and Guests across ports of entry in the UK & Ireland. The role requires close collaboration with mobility and football operations, and extensive travel across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an Event Transport environment.
• Experience delivering projects to strict deadlines.
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain key working relationships with EURO 2028 ports of entry, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and adapt arrivals and departures processes per UEFA guidelines and operational requirements.
• Scope, coordinate and secure event transport facilities and requirements at EURO 2028 ports of entry.
• Develop Venue Transport Operations Plans for all ports of entry and oversee readiness by local Host City teams.
• Establish clear roles for movements of Participating National Associations across international and domestic journeys.
• Support recruitment, training and deployment of arrivals and departures staff across Host Cities.
• Provide functional leadership and escalation point during Tournament time.
• Based at Wembley Stadium with travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
• 2027: 3-4 days/week onsite; 2028: Full-time onsite during tournament delivery.
