Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking an Event Transport Integration and Readiness Manager based at Wembley Stadium to oversee onboarding and training for Host City staff for EURO 2028. This role collaborates with UEFA's Event Transport teams and reports to the Senior Event Transport Manager.

You will lead recruitment, develop onboarding programmes, and ensure a unified readiness across all Host Cities. The role includes line management during tournament year and travel across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in event transport for major sports or large-scale events.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage complex plans.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Transport Manager in planning and readiness.
• Develop recruitment strategy for Host Cities and domains.
• Lead onboarding and training programmes for staff.
• Maintain an integrated readiness programme and rehearsals.
• Provide leadership and escalation support during tournament time.
• Line manage Host City Transport Managers.
• Coordinate transport plans into Host City delivery.
• Travel across the UK & Ireland; based at Wembley.
