Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is recruiting a Vehicle Access and Parking Operations Manager to lead the development and delivery of event transport operations at Wembley Stadium and across UK & Ireland venues. You will collaborate with UEFA, venue contacts and mobility teams to ensure smooth vehicle movement and parking for teams, referees and guests during UEFA EURO 2028.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Event Transport environment, preferably major sports tournaments.
• Experience delivering projects to deadlines.
• Experience with stakeholder and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop Venue Transport Operations Plans for all EURO 2028 match venues.
• Build and maintain relationships with UEFA and venue contacts to align planning.
• Support procurement, contracting and reconciliation of parking areas and providers.
• Develop and implement Vehicle Access and Parking policies in line with UEFA guidelines.
• Coordinate with Mobility teams to ensure Local Area Traffic Management plans are integrated.
• Provide operational leadership to Coordinators at venues during Tournament time.
