Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is recruiting a Mobility Manager for UEFA EURO 2028, based at Wembley Stadium with travel across the UK and Ireland. The fixed-term role (Feb 2027–Summer 2028) leads Host City mobility planning, coordinating with Host City Mobility Leads and UK&I departments to align plans with tournament requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong operational planning experience to review and challenge complex transport plans.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland public transport contexts within major events.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and engagement across levels.
• Experience delivering mobility planning for large-scale events with multi-city coordination.
• Ability to integrate host city plans with national and international strategies.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the UK&I contact for a portfolio of Host Cities, guiding mobility planning aligned with tournament requirements.
• Provide technical, operational and strategic guidance, assess risks, and ensure robust, deliverable plans.
• Ensure Host City plans integrate with wider mobility strategy and national planning.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Host City, Safety & Security and Stadium Liaison teams.
• Build and manage relationships with Host City mobility stakeholders and partners.
• Engage Host City teams early to influence mobility plan development.
