Job summary

Agilio Software Bidco Limited is seeking an ARR Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join Group Finance. You will analyse annual recurring revenue using automated reports, validate outputs with the business, and produce monthly and quarterly ARR reports.

You will apply SQL and data skills to explore billing datasets, reconcile ARR to revenue, and ensure data quality. You will also support stakeholders with ad hoc insights and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recurring revenue or SaaS analysis, financial modelling, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality. You can reconcile and interpret financial and commercial data, spot inconsistencies and investigate discrepancies.
• Intermediate SQL and Power BI skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of data warehouses and data pipelines.
• Comfortable working in Databricks. Previous Databricks experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Clear communication with stakeholders, including senior colleagues. You can explain findings, take ownership of reporting and work across teams.
• Familiarity with subscription billing, CRM and finance systems, such as Chargebee, NetSuite or similar platforms, will help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group’s ARR reporting cube analysis and monthly/quarterly ARR reports.
• Review ARR outputs for accuracy and cross-check with business units to validate trends.
• Use SQL and data analysis to explore billing and revenue datasets and highlight inconsistencies.
• Reconcile ARR to revenue monthly and cleanse data from acquisitions.
• Act as aDashboard superuser and promote best-practice reporting across teams.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Explain revenue movements clearly to stakeholders to support informed decisions.
