Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Systems Engineer for its 24x7 Operations to provide third-line support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will contribute to live service stability, perform routine changes, and escalate complex issues to seniors as needed.

The role requires willingness to work a 24x7 shift pattern, including nights and holidays, with a focus on ITIL-aligned incident management and knowledge article creation. Eligibility for UK SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure in an operational environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration and core Active Directory concepts.
• Foundational experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience supporting Windows endpoints, including Intune and ConfigMgr.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with accurate documentation.
• Capability to work a 24x7 shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
• Eligibility for UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, M365.
• Support Microsoft Modern Workplace services, including Intune and ConfigMgr.
• Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests in line with ITIL standards.
• Carry out patching, backups, and configuration tasks using runbooks.
• Record updates in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB accuracy.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of service.
