Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited, headquartered in Birmingham, provides 24x7 IT services across public and private sectors. We are seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver third-line operational support for core infrastructure and Microsoft Modern Workplace services.

You will work within a 24x7 squad, performing incident resolution, proactive maintenance, and changes per ITIL standards. Candidates must be eligible for UK SC clearance and comfortable with night/weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Experience providing third-line operational support for Windows Server, AD, Azure and MS 365 in an operational environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and ITIL incident/change/problem management.
• Eligibility for UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Ability to work a 24x7 shift pattern including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, M365 and virtualization platforms.
• Support Windows client OS, Intune, SCCM and device compliance policies.
• Resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and implement approved changes per ITIL processes.
• Carry out patching, backups, endpoint updates and configuration tasks using runbooks.
• Maintain accurate updates in ServiceNow with tickets and CMDB items.
