SUEZ in Luton is seeking an experienced Area Workshop Manager to lead the Luton fleet workshop and external service providers. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the Luton fleet workshop as well as external service providers across Luton, working closely with other Workshop Managers, HGV Technicians and key service partners. Together, you’ll ensure our extensive fleet of Heavy Goods and Commercial Vehicles stays available, reliable, safe and fully compliant - supporting our operational teams to deliver essential services.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Be computer literate, with excellent planning, organisational and communications skills.
You will act in an honest, responsible and respectful manner with a professional conduct. Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, customers and other personnel is prioritised as well as complying in all circumstances with the laws and regulations connected with your activities.
