Job summary

SUEZ in Luton is seeking an experienced Area Workshop Manager to lead the Luton fleet workshop and external service providers. You will oversee the maintenance of a large fleet of Heavy Goods and Commercial Vehicles, ensuring availability, safety and regulatory compliance across a broad geographic area.

You will manage workshop resources, budgets and health and safety for the team, and produce monthly performance reports while driving best practices across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site maintenance facilities.

• Manage maintenance of all fleet assets across multiple sites.
• Responsible for workshop resources and budgetary targets, with health and safety responsibilities.
• Compile monthly workshop reports and manage employee-related matters.
• Promote best practice and adherence to SUEZ UK procedures.
