Eastlight Community Homes Limited in Colchester seeks two Area Technical Managers to join our Home Solutions team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead and develop trade operatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring repairs are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Working closely with operational managers, schedulers and contractors, you will use performance data to drive improvements, maximise productivity and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership of trade teams across repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in property repairs and maintenance services.
• Knowledge of Damp & Mould and related issues.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Leading and supporting trade teams across repairs and maintenance activities.
• Providing technical advice and fault-finding support across multiple trades.
• Monitoring performance, quality and health & safety compliance.
• Carrying out inspections, audits and quality checks.
• Using data to identify improvements and support service planning.
