Job description

At Gather & Gather, we are recognized as one of the UK & Ireland's most distinctive workplace catering experts. We are passionate about great food and coffee, and placing our employees and customers at the heart of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for an Area Support Sous Chef to work across various sites in the North, based around Leeds.

Location: Leeds

Rate of pay: £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, mainly Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, with some ad hoc weekend support as needed.

Requirements: Must have a full clean driving license and own a car. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
2. Prepare food efficiently to ensure smooth service.
3. Ensure all food is visually appealing and 'picture perfect'.
4. Assist in developing new service styles and food concepts.
5. Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients accordingly.
