Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking Area Support Officers to join our team in Durham. The role involves providing security across client premises and retail sites, patrolling and maintaining a visible presence, and covering multiple sites as required.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, have their own vehicle, and be willing to travel. The position offers transfer to the client after 12 weeks with numerous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
• Must be willing to travel reasonable distances as required by the business.
• Must be willing to work within retail environments.
• Must be flexible and understand that they may also be assigned to other duties and contracts where required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Title – Area support officer

Pay Rate – £12.71

Location – Durham

Shift Timings – Must be available to work both day and night shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel reasonable distances as required.
