Job summary

BardWood is seeking an Area Support Officer in Leicester to provide security across client premises and retail sites. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while traveling between sites as needed.

The role requires a valid SIA DS licence, valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and the ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends. A 12-week transfer to the client is planned with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
• Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
• Willing to travel reasonable distances as required by the business.
• Flexible and able to work across multiple sites.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support across various client premises and retail sites.
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.
• Provide cover at different sites as required by the business.
• Monitor access and egress and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and clients.
• Complete accurate incident reports and follow ASCONE/SAFER procedures.
• Respond confidently to emergencies and elevate issues when required.
• Travel between sites and support other duties as required.

Pay Rate – £12.71

Location – Leicester

Shift Timings – Must be available to workboth day and night shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel reasonable distances as required.
