Job summary

Technical Resources in the West Midlands is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, delivering safe, efficient installation, service and maintenance to high standards.

You will coordinate scheduling, quality checks, site inspections and reporting, ensuring projects meet deadlines while upholding health and safety compliance; a Full UK Driving Licence and Right To Work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role.
• Experience managing engineers on commercial projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Salary: From £35,000 to £39,000 per annum + benefits

Are you looking for an Area Supervisor position working in West Midlands? As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring installation, service, and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be working for a growing company delivering projects and support services across commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support the scheduling and coordination of engineers
• Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed

Experience and Certifications required:

• ECS/CSCS Card preferred
