Team First Recruitment is seeking an Area Specification Manager to drive sales across the South East and London. You will build and nurture partnerships with housebuilders, developers and contractors, promoting a full range of electrical products and ensuring project delivery.

This role offers training, a hybrid work model, and a generous package including potential bonus, aiming to grow the company’s specification presence in new and existing networks.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the electrical industry or field sales to builders/contractors.
• Strong relationship-building with housebuilders, developers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify new projects and maintain relationships.

This company is looking for a driven and commercially minded Area Specification Manager to grow their presence across the South East the UK and London, working closely with national and regional housebuilders, developers and contractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-led sales, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to develop long-term partnerships and produce results.

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience in the electrical industry, you could be working for an electrical wholesaler and looking for the next step.
• OR
• Field sales - you could be selling in the construction industry to merchants/wholesalers or contractors.

The Role:

• Manage and develop relationships with regional and national housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
