Team First Recruitment is seeking a driven Area Specification Manager to grow their presence across the South East of the UK and London, working with housebuilders, developers and contractors. This is a field-based role that focuses on relationship-led sales, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering results through specifying the company's electrical products in residential developments.

Training is provided to successful candidates, and you will be part of a team that values long-term

• Sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Field sales experience in construction to merchants/wholesalers or contractors.

• Identify new projects and maintain relationships.
• Promote and specify their full range of products into residential developments.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in the electrical industry, you could be working for an electrical wholesaler and looking for the next step.

OR

• Field sales - you could be selling in the construction industry to merchants/wholesalers or contractors.
