Job Purpose

This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance issues and may need to request specialist attendance. The role includes reactive and planned maintenance of food services and catering equipment, with training provided.

The main responsibilities involve technical repairs and PPMs, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely, and complying with health and safety legislation.

Key Accountabilities

• Prioritize and complete maintenance and repair work within scheduled times.
• Respond promptly to service requests and conduct repairs.

• Carry out minor alterations and installations within competence.
• Maintain food service assets and comply with policies.
• Represent the company professionally and develop good relationships.
• Monitor and update the Mercury system.
