Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking an Area Support Manager to cover multiple sites across the West Midlands. The role includes taking on responsibilities as a Security Officer two days per week, with a 40-hour work week and reporting to the Area Manager.

The ASM will lead a team, drive performance, ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and employment law, and develop strong client relationships through regular site visits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in security leadership and staff development.
• Knowledge of governing health and safety and licensing requirements.
• Ability to recruit, interview and onboard staff.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Minimise theft in retail premises using security resources.
• Lead, manage and motivate staff to meet client objectives.
• Conduct inductions and ongoing training for team members.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and employment laws.
• Manage area operations and travel across multiple sites within the West Midlands.
• Attend client meetings and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
