Job summary

Amulet is seeking an Area Relief officer to cover multiple sites across the North West, including Warrington, on a flexible basis. You will patrol, control access, monitor CCTV and assist with gatehouse duties, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining great presentation at all times.

The role requires a UK driving licence and a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, with risk-aware, demand-driven shifts across Wrexham, Birkenhead, Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must have very good communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Good organisational and record keeping skills required.
• Must be well presented and capable of communicating at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access and egress.
• Monitor CCTV systems and site alarms.
• Staff reception and visitor check-in.
