Job Title: Area Sales Support Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kent
Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum (Increasing once probation has been passed)
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Travel and daily food allowances provided

You’ll be instrumental in driving performance, sharing best practice, and offering hands-on support where it’s needed most. More about the role:
- Travel to different retail sites, offering direct support to store teams
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational standards
- Lead by example, sharing best practices and delivering in-the-moment coaching
- Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
- Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
- Be the go-to person for on-the-ground problem-solving and team motivation
Successful Applicant:
- Valid UK driving license and own car
- Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment
- Flexible to travel across Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kentwith regular overnight stays
- A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
- Passionate about delivering high standards and inspiring others to do the same
