Path Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Representative to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas for a leading hire company. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and developing new business across plant, tool, lifting, welfare, and pumps hire solutions.

You will join a team offering excellent earnings, a company car and progression opportunities with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the hire industry, construction sector or a related environment
• Strong account management and business development skills
• Experience selling plant hire, tool hire, lifting equipment, welfare units, pumps or similar solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• A full UK driving license

• Basic salary of £40,000 - £42,000

About the Role

As a AreaSales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

Working across multiple hire divisions including plant hire, tool hire, welfare hire, lifting hire and pump hire, the AreaSales Representative will identify opportunities to increase revenue, promote a wide range of solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
