Job summary

Path Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Representative to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas, responsible for managing existing customers while developing new business opportunities within the hire sector. You will promote a broad range of plant, tool, lifting and welfare hire solutions, delivering exceptional service and pursuing revenue growth.

The role offers a basic salary of £40,000–£42,000 plus commission (£16,000–£17,000) and bi-annual bonuses, with a company car and fuel card,

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hire, construction, or related sectors.
• Strong account management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK driving license.
