Overview

Two challenging and exciting roles selling a leading Manufacturer’s range of Flat Roofing systems. These products provide complete solutions for Flat Roofs, including Inverted Roofs, Single Ply, Membranes & Insulation, and are among the most sustainable in the market. Roles are specification-led, dealing mainly with new-build projects with occasional refurbishment projects. You will focus on winning specifications with Architects, Main Contractors, Local Authorities & Consultants, then follow projects through via roofing contractors. Projects include Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Hotels, etc. The two areas are 1) Scotland and 2) North East – Northumberland, Durham, Tyne & Wear, North & West Yorkshire, Cumbria & Lancashire (ideally based in the North East).

The company is a worldwide leading Manufacturer of Flat Roofing solutions. They have developed a strong reputation for providing quality products used across the New Build Specification & Refurbishment sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Sell the manufacturer’s Flat Roofing solutions on a specification basis.
  • Drive new-build and refurbishment opportunities by engaging Architects, Main Contractors, Local Authorities & Consultants.
  • Develop and manage projects through to installation via roofing contractors.
  • Collaborate with customers on projects in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Commercial properties.
Qualifications
  • 2 strong Roofing or Waterproofing sales professionals with experience in New Build or Refurbishment specifications.
  • Alternatively, quality sales professionals from within the RCI sector who can sell a solution across the sales cycle.
