Alexander James Recruiting is currently looking for an experienced sales professional to work for a well-established supplier of various specialist commercial vehicle products to cover and develop their client base across the South of England. With a package to include a competitive salary and commission scheme as well as a company vehicle, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical sales person looking to take on a new role.

Responsibilities

• Managing an existing client base across the South of England
• Business development across these areas in selling a variety of specialist commercial vehicle products
• Providing a consultative approach to customers and conducting product demonstrations as needed
• Taking responsibility for regional revenue streams and overall growth
• Selling the company range of maintenance products and cooperating effectively with the service team

Requirements

Our client is seeking an individual with a strong appreciation of capital equipment products in respect of hydraulics and pneumatics. You will preferably have experience selling material handling equipment, agriculture, commercial vehicles, or similar. Other industries will also be considered as long as the candidates applying have a strong sales record and evidence of selling a technical product. Technical candidates with a strong aptitude for capital equipment may also be considered for the role, provided they can demonstrate readiness for a sales position. The area covers the South from Oxfordshire downwards and includes the South West. The ideal location is around the London/M25 area, though this is not essential.
