Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Midlands and North to drive growth in heating and renewable products, including heat pumps and radiators.

You will secure specifications with Architects, Consultants and Local Authorities, managing projects through to completion with developers, main contractors and installers, and benefit from a hybrid work model and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• HTPL/HVAC specification process knowledge desirable.
• Experience with residential/commercial/social housing contexts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through to completion with developers, main/sub-contractors, installers and merchants.

Job description

Resolve are working with an established, respected supplier of high quality heating and renewable products, part of a larger global group, to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their team covering the Midlands and North.

In this role, you will sell the range of Heat Pumps, Underfloor heating, Cylinders, Radiators and associated products, securing specifications with Architects, Consultants, Local Authorities and Engineers, following projects through to completion with developers, main contractors, sub contractors, installers and Merchants.

Our Client is seeking someone who understands the HTPL or HVAC specification process, whether this is residential, commercial, social housing etc.

Any experience in the heat pump sector is a distinct advantage but not essential.

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary up to £55k, as well as ability to earn 40% in bonus, a hybrid / EV company car, and great supporting package.
