Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a field-based sales team in Northern Ireland. You will drive regional sales growth through new business development, key account management and strong distributor partnerships, while delivering targets and coaching 3 sales executives.

You will build relationships with food service customers and distributors, analyze market data, plan promotions, and report on forecasting and KPIs.

• Proven experience in food service sales
• Knowledge of the Irish food service market
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with distributor networks
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with KPI mindset
• Full, clean driving licence and living within the Northern Ireland Territory

Responsabilités

• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks

• Conduct regular field visits, reviews and sales training
• Develop strong relationships with national and regional food service distributors
• Work with distributor sales teams to grow shared customers and deliver joint sales plans
• Support promotions, new product launches and category initiatives
• Support forecasting and sales planning with accurate reporting

Working for an Irish owned family run business that is over 30 years old. They are hugely successful and are an Irish Manufacturer of Ingredients & Sauces for Food Services, Retail and Manufacturing with operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Due to Expansion and Success, they are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Foodservice Sales Representatives across Northern Ireland, driving regional sales growth through new business development, key account management and strong distributor partnerships.
