Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager - Fabrication & Welding, based in Barnsley with some work from home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include generating leads, presenting and demonstrating products and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Knowledge of Fabrication and Welding processes and products
• Strong communication & Relationship Management
• Ability to close new business and grow the account
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
• 18 Handicapper or Below to enable social golf whilst catching up about the week (will accept 19+ if structured training to improve is agreed)
