Job summary

WR HVAC is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southern England to drive selling bespoke LEV, dust and fume extraction systems into manufacturing environments. You will manage opportunities from enquiry to handover, developing technical solutions and commercial proposals while expanding the territory.

The role requires strong technical B2B sales experience in industrial systems, site surveys, and knowledge of ventilation components. Attractive OTE and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

A specialist manufacturer and systems provider within industrial dust, fume and air extraction is looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager covering Southern England. The role is focused on selling bespoke LEV, dust and fume extraction systems directly into manufacturing environments, with typical applications incorporating filtration equipment, ductwork, hoods and associated ventilation components.

You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry and site survey through technical solution development, commercial proposal and project handover, while developing new business across the territory. Customers include manufacturers within food, aerospace and pharmaceutical environments.

Requirements

Experience of LEV, dust extraction, fume extraction or industrial ventilation
Proven technical B2B sales experience within industrial or engineered systems.
Comfortable conducting site surveys and understanding manufacturing processes and applications.
Knowledge of ductwork, filtration and ventilation principles.
Experience selling project-led capital equipment rather than catalogue/commodity products.
Able to develop technically appropriate solutions and commercial proposals.
Comfortable managing the sales cycle through to project handover.
Strong territory management and new business development capability.
