Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager for Dorset to lead 10 residential sales branches across Connells, Fox & Sons and Palmer Snell, from Blandford Forum and Shaftesbury through to Yeovil and Weymouth. The role focuses on driving performance, developing teams and growing market share.

You will work with Branch Managers to lead, coach and develop teams, drive revenue and profitability, recruit top performers and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading estate agency teams at Area/Branch level.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and market share.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

We’re looking for an experienced estate agency leader to join Connells Group as Area Manager for Dorset, leading 10 residential sales branches across Connells, Fox & Sons and Palmer Snell, from Blandford Forum and Shaftesbury through to Yeovil and Weymouth, with a focus on driving performance, developing teams and growing market share.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind performance across your area, working closely with Branch Managers and their teams to:

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers to deliver consistently strong results
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share across the region
• Recruit, retain and develop high-performing teams
• Identify new business and growth opportunities
• Support branches to overcome challenges and turn opportunities into results
• Create a strong performance culture while maintaining excellent customer standards

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally be an experienced Area Manager or a successful Branch/Senior Branch Manager ready to take the next step, with:

• A strong track record of delivering results within estate agency
• The ability to lead, influence and get the best from people
• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on growth
• Excellent business generation skills
• Energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style
• A full UK driving licence
