Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager for Poole & Bournemouth, responsible for 8 residential sales branches across Fox & Sons, Connells and Palmer Snell. The role covers Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown and surrounding towns, with a strong emphasis on leadership, performance and growth.

You will develop Branch Managers, drive revenue and market share, recruit top talent and ensure excellent customer service while guiding teams across multiple offices.

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for Branch Managers.
• Ability to grow revenue and market share across multiple offices.
• Excellent people selection, development and retention abilities.
• Requires full UK driving licence.

We're looking for an experienced estate agency leader to join Connells Group as Area Manager for Poole & Bournemouth, taking responsibility for 8 residential sales branches across Fox & Sons, Connells and Palmer Snell. Covering a patch stretching from Poole and Bournemouth through to Christchurch, Ferndown and Fordingbridge, including Winton, Southbourne and Westbourne, this is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to drive performance, develop talented teams and grow market share. The Role Working closely with Branch Managers and their teams, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers to deliver consistently strong results


• Drive revenue, profitability and market share across your area


• Recruit, retain and develop talented people


• Identify opportunities to win new business and grow branch performance


• Help teams overcome challenges with practical, hands-on support


• Maintain excellent customer service and high standards across every office
  You'll ideally be an experienced Area Manager looking for a new opportunity, or a successful Branch/Senior Branch Manager ready to step into leadership across multiple branches, with:


• A strong track record of delivering results within estate agency


• The ability to lead, influence and bring out the best in people


• Strong commercial awareness and business generation skills


• A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach


• A full UK driving licence
