Due to continuous growth, we’re recruiting an Area Sales Manager to join our field sales team at Marshalls Aggregates & Block Stone. The position is field-based, working from your home or our office in Ramsbottom, with regular travel across the patch. You’ll cover BB, BL, L, M, OL, PR, SK, WA & WN postcodes. To be shortlisted, you must live on the patch.
Your mission is to develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed targets and build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion within the Northwest and Lancashire region.
We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven sales track record. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate yourself. A good understanding of the construction industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential.
Your responsibilities include developing sales plans, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic insights.
