FMC Talent is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Oxford and the Cotswolds region. You will own growth across Primary, Secondary and Community Care, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.
You will combine consultative selling, clinical education and customer training to support clinicians in delivering better care. A UK driving licence is required and you will work across hospital and community settings.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 basic salary, plus bonus package and car allowance
You entered medical sales to make a genuine difference to patients’ health and wellbeing. But in many commercial roles, it can be difficult to see the full impact of your work across the patient journey.
We have an exciting position for you to join a fast-growing organisation where you can see that impact first-hand.
If you are commercially driven, passionate about healthcare and motivated by making a tangible difference to patients, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career while genuinely contributing to the patient journey.
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative healthcare organisation delivering dynamic solutions across multiple therapy areas, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for patients across the UK.
As an Area Sales Manager for the Oxford and the Cotswolds region, you will take ownership of growth across your territory, working across Primary, Secondary and Community Care and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, consultants, nurses and other key stakeholders across a range of chronic care areas.
You will combine consultative selling, clinical education and customer training to support healthcare professionals in delivering better outcomes for their patients. Alongside developing your territory and delivering against commercial KPIs, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities and share best practice.
A key part of the role will be working closely with nurse advocates and other healthcare professionals, helping them understand the benefits of the products and how they can support patients in practice. This gives you the opportunity to see your products being used in real-world settings and, importantly, to see the positive impact they can have on patients’ lives.
This is an opportunity to own and grow your own territory, build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and become an integral part of an ambitious, patient-focused organisation.
You will have the opportunity to combine your commercial skills with a genuine passion for patient care, giving you a greater sense of purpose and reward from your day-to-day work.
If you are looking for a role where you can drive growth, develop professionally and make a meaningful difference to patients, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll take ownership of sales growth across your territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals and helping more patients access specialist consumable products across renal and/or oncology pathways.
You’ll play an important role in growing the territory, strengthening customer relationships and helping healthcare teams support more patients through effective referral pathways.
Then we’d love to hear from you! If you’re interested in applying or would like to see the full job description for this role, please get in touch with Charlotte on charlotte.dolby@fmctalent.com
