Job summary

CPJ Recruitment is seeking a proactive field sales professional to cover the North West with home-based duties and field visits across Crewe, Warrington, Chester, Manchester and surrounding towns.

You will sell specialist construction products into project-led, B2B markets, grow existing accounts and win new business, while benefiting from full training and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• You are currently in field or external sales, managing your own diary and territory.
• Experience in account management, new business development, or a mix is required.
• Construction experience is not essential; full training is provided.

Area: North West (CW, WA, ST, CH, SK, M, L, WN, BL)

Covering Crewe, Warrington, Stoke, Chester, Stockport, Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan and Bolton

The Role

• Own a North West territory, home based and out in the field with customers
• Sell a range of specialist manufactured construction products into project led, B2B markets
• Grow established accounts while opening up new business across the region
• Get in early on projects with housebuilders and local authorities, before buying decisions are made
• Build relationships with decision makers across a broad mix of organisations
• Take opportunities from first conversation through to order
• Work alongside an experienced sales leadership team that provides product training, coaching and ongoing development

The Candidate

You are working in field or external sales now, in any B2B sector, and you are used to running your own diary and territory. Account management, new business development or a mix of both is your background. You build relationships easily at every level, and you spot commercial opportunities before you are asked to. Construction experience is not essential, as full training is provided.

• Basic Salary: up to £45,000
