What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging product training and sales support to retail and trade partners across your region.
• Act as a trusted business partner, helping customers maximise product knowledge and sales performance.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, supporting them with tailored training and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Business Development Managers to align on goals and share best practices.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a “best in class” experience for every customer.

• A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and training.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
• IT literate and comfortable using modern software tools to support training and reporting.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions).
