Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the northern half of the UK, selling circuit protection products to OEM customers.

You will partner with Electrical Design Engineers on project-led opportunities across automotive, rail, telecoms, factory machinery and off-highway sectors. The role offers a strong bonus, a high-spec hybrid company car, healthcare and gym membership.

THE ROLE:

An opportunity for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the northern half of the UK. Selling high-quality circuit protection products into OEM customers, you’ll work closely with Electrical Design Engineers on project-led opportunities across sectors including automotive, rail, telecoms, factory machinery and off-highway vehicles. This is a consultative sales role with projects ranging from several thousand pounds to multi-million-pound programmes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience selling electrical or related products
• Background with a manufacturer, distributor or wholesaler
• Enjoys proactive selling, strong relationship-building and project sales skills
• Full UK driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

• £45,000-£57,000 basic salary DOE
• 20% bonus
• High-spec hybrid company car
