Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing organisation within the hospitality, foodservice and procurement sector who are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team across Belfast and surrounding areas. The Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, leisure venues and hospitality businesses
• Identify new business opportunities across your territory
• Attend client meetings and provide consultative sales solutions
• Build long-term partnerships with key decision makers
• Manage the full sales process from introduction through to close
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

What we're looking for

• Experienced in B2B sales, account management or business development
• Confident building relationships face-to-face
• Target driven with a passion for winning new business
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing own territory

Experience within hospitality, foodservice, catering, FMCG, wholesale or procurement would be advantageous but is not essential.
