We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow our sales in the specified patch. You will have autonomy to sell solutions, nurture existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities. Your role involves identifying, influencing, and delivering project pipelines with specifiers and contractors, negotiating, and implementing business plans to meet sales targets, and engaging in early pre-tender activities.

Key responsibilities include attending regional meetings, preparing forecasts, and presenting project solutions. We seek a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and experience in external sales, preferably with exposure to specification or technical sales. Skills in planning, analysis, strategic implementation, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. You should be based on the patch, hold a UK driving license, own a car, and be willing to travel within the region.
