Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to lead growth in the interior solutions division across the North East England and Scotland.

You will manage a portfolio and develop new business with furniture manufacturers and KBB customers, using CRM to track opportunities and market trends.

This is a field-based role offering £42k-£47k base plus a bonus up to 50% and car allowance, with life assurance and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of interior furniture components is preferred.

This is an established, privately-owned international manufacturing group with a strong reputation across multiple industry sectors. Their Interior Solutions division continues to grow its market share and is looking to strengthen its UK sales team as a result.

The Role of Area Sales Manager

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

• You'll be a motivated and driven B2B sales professional with experience of managing a field sales territory
• Proven experience within the interior furniture components industry, with strong market knowledge of decorative boards and associated distribution channels
• Experience manufacturing, selling, or distributing interior products is highly desirable, however not essential
• A natural relationship-builder, comfortable presenting on quality, benefits and technical features, with experience selling premium products to SMEs
• Highly organised, self-motivated and results-focused, thriving in an independent, field-based role
• You MUST have a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not being offered.
